I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and ideal for my wife's handicap condition, with the bathroom conveniently separating the beds. The service was exceptional, especially with top-notch housekeeping and laundry service. However, the dining experience was a bit lacking in variety, and the Swiss cheese wasn't my favorite choice.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, not right in the middle of everything but close to all the action on Pigeon Forge Parkway, with great restaurants nearby. The rooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. However, having the bathroom separating the beds can be a bit inconvenient for my wife's handicap condition. The sweet rolls at the dining area were a delightful treat that I enjoyed. Overall, the value for the money spent was worth it, and the service was excellent.
